Welcome to Scheduler Configuration
Employees must be included in the Scheduler license in order for their schedules to be created and managed with all the scheduling, features including open shifts, availability, coverage, scheduling automation, and more. These tools are optimized for staffing needs that vary by business demand, and help you to manage labor resources for complex schedules in the most effective way. Employees not included in the Scheduler license still appear in the schedule, but only basic scheduling functionality is provided for their schedules.
This Configuration Guide addresses the current user interfaces for Scheduler. Your installation of UKG Workforce Central may include some elements now considered a legacy interfaces. If these older interfaces are active in your version of Scheduler, you may need to refer to the following.
