View Offline Smart View Transactions

The View Offline Smart View Transactions option presents a list of Offline Activities and custom Smart View Transactions that occurred within a specified date range, or that were performed by a specific employee. Additionally, results can be filtered by transaction status or transaction type.

Note: Offline attestation transactions can be found in the View Transactions window.

  1. Navigate to the device workspace in the Dashboard and select a device, or navigate to the Device Details page of an individual device.
  2. Select Troubleshooting > View Offline Smart View Transactions.
  3. From the View Offline Smart View Transactions window, use the following options to view transactions:

    1. Employee ID - Use this field to view transactions by one or more Employee IDs.

    2. From Date: - Enter the earliest date you would like to include in the view. Only transactions completed on or after this date will be shown.

    3. To Date:- Enter the earliest date you would like to include in the view. Only transactions completed on or before this date will be shown.

      Note: The From Date and To Date Options are based UTC time.

    4. Transaction Status: - Use this field to filter by transaction status.

    5. Transaction Type: - Use this field to filter by transaction type.

  4. To view XML or JSON for a transaction, click tap the transaction check box in the results window.

  5. To export transactions as CSV, select the transactions and click tap Export as CSV.

  6. To reprocess a transaction or set of transactions, select the transactions and click tap Resubmit.

Note: The Resubmit button is disabled for transactions with a status of New, Pending, Retry, or Failed.

  1. To delete a transaction or set of transactions from the list, select the transactions and click tap Delete.

Note: The Delete button is disabled for transactions with a status of New, Pending, or Retry.

Warning: Listed transactions with a transaction status other than New, Retry, or Pending will be purged automatically after the number of days configured in the property: UDM > Configuration > Properties > Data Retention > tnt.data.retention.days.trx.data
