View Transactions

The View Transactions workspace allows you to view selected transactions for a device:

  1. In the View Transactions window, specify a date range to be searched for transactions that meet the criteria selected in the File Status and Transaction Type drop-downs. Select a file status of All, New, Pending, Retry, Success, Error, or Malformed. Select a transaction type of All, Punches, or Biometric. You can optionally specify an Employee ID as a filter.
  2. Click Tap Search. A list of transactions matching the search criteria appears. For each transaction, the list displays its status, status description, record ID, device ID, type, and update time. Click Tap Export as CSV to export the transaction list to a .csv file.
  3. To rerun one or more transactions in the list, select them and click tap Resubmit.
  4. Click Tap Cancel Done to exit the workspace.
