Troubleshooting
Perform troubleshooting tasks on one or more devices or device groups from the Dashboard or on an individual device from the Device Details page. To do so:
- Navigate to the Devices or Groups view in the Dashboard and select one or more devices or device groups, or navigate to the Device Details page of an individual device.
- From the Troubleshooting
Test Device
Forces the selected device to re-register with the server. Select View Device Registration to confirm the re-registration.
View Device Registration
Opens the selected device’s Device Registration report.
View Transactions
Allows you to review, and optionally resubmit, selected transactions for the device.
Purge Device Log
Clears all logs on selected devices.
Reboot Device
Reboots the selected devices.
Start Log Collection
Starts automatic log collection for one or more selected devices or device groups.
Stop Log Collection
Stops automatic log collection for one or more selected devices or device groups.
Collect Log Now
Collects the logs from the selected device immediately.
Retrieve Device Configuration Data
Uploads device configuration data to the host application.
View Device Configuration Data
Presents a view of device configuration data that has been uploaded from a selected device.
View Offline Smart View Transactions
Presents a list of Offline Smart View Transactions that occurred within a specified date range, or that were performed by a specific employee. Additionally, results can be filtered by transaction status or transaction type.

Enables VNC Remote Access.
Disable VNC Remote Access
Disables VNC Remote Access.
Enable SSH Remote Access
Enables SSH Remote Access.
Disable SSH Remote Access
Disables VNC Remote Access.
Change Maintenance Mode Password
Changes the password for Maintenance Mode.
