Manage My Schedule

Use the Manage My Schedule tile to change or edit your schedule, for example, by picking an open shift or changing your availability.

The Manage My Schedule tile is displayed on your home page (click tap Home ).

From the Manage My Schedule tile, you can:

• Click Tap any of the icons displayed on the tile, which could include:

  • Pick an open shift to request an open shift
  • Build My Schedule to use self-scheduling
  • Swap my shift to swap a shift with another employee
  • Change my availability to set or change the days and times you want to be available for a shift

• Click Tap View My Schedule  to go to your calendar to see an overview of your schedule and requests.

  Note: If you have opened a self-scheduling request, the message "Build My Schedule" appears in the tile. After you build the schedule, the message changes to "Edit My Schedule." You can edit the schedule until the request period closes.
