Configure the Volume Forecast

Before the system can forecast volume, you must:

1. Define Category Property Sets and assign them to the appropriate level of the business structure.
2. Define Volume Drivers and assign them to forecast categories.
3. Define Special Events and assign them to forecast categories.
4. Configure Machine Learning.
5. Import Actual Volume data and other business data.
