Control Center Profile

  1. Navigate to Administration > Application Setup > Event/Notification > Control Center Profile Configuration.
  2. Complete one of the following:
    • Select Create .
    • Select a Profile and select Edit .
    • Select a profile and select Delete .
  3. Enter or modify the Profile Name.
  4. If editing a profile, indicate if you would like to save your changes to everywhere the current profile is used or to A new control center profile.
  5. (Optional) Enter or modify the description.
  6. Select the Categories to include in the profile. Included categories are indicated by a check mark .
  7. (Optional) Select Re-order Selection to reorder the selected Categories:
    1. Use the arrows to change the order of the categories.
    2. When finished select Save Order.
  8. Select Save.
