Attestation Profiles

An Attestation profile contains one or more Attestation assignments. For employees, for example, the order of the assignments determines the order in which the buttons associated with the assignments appear on the Punch tile and on the Select Punch Type slider on My Timecard. You can create, edit, and delete Attestation profiles from this page.

Attestation profiles are assigned to employees in People Information. You can also assign Attestation profiles to managers. This allows you to configure manager-specific restrictions, triggers, and sets of questions in manager Attestation workflows to support your business compliance and regulatory needs.

  • Users can be assigned both employee Attestation profiles and manager Attestation profiles. The Attestation profile in effect during a session is determined by the role (employee or manager) associated with the login credentials.
  • Note: The Attestation Profiles page contains an "Empty Profile," which you cannot edit or delete. Assign the Empty Profile to a user's People Information record if you want to remove all Attestation Profiles for that person.

    To access Attestation profiles, navigate to Administration > Application Setup > Attestation > Attestation Profiles from the Main Menu. There are two tables on this page. The first table lists all of the Attestation assignments you can select. The Current Assigned Order table displays the order of the Attestation assignments for the selected profile.
